Selected EU IBDP scores (league table)

Unlike in the UK, we are unable to get sufficiently comprehensive data to compile a league table of IB results. Many schools do not like to publish , claiming that they have a non selective intake. However, we show here a selection of results of larger IB schools in 2016 or the year before if not available.

These IB results are mostly obtained from public sources, particularly the school’s own websites. This represents less than a quarter of the private schools offering the IBDP in the EU because the majority of schools do not publish their results. So it is not truly a league table, but more of a representation of the famous EU schools. We welcome any school to supply their results or to correct any errors here. We have consciously decided to omit UK schools from this table and they are published on our websites, www.best-schools.co.uk and www.IB-schools.eu Half of the UK schools would beat the highest schools in this table BUT the majority of UK schools are highly selective on entry whereas EU schools are not selective – so such a comparison would be unfair.
